On 19 May 2022, H.E. Mrs. Sirilak Niyom, Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark, chaired the ASEAN Committee in Copenhagen (ACC) 1/2022 meeting at the Thai Ambassador’s Residence.

Ambassador of Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam as well as diplomats from the respective Embassies of ASEAN member states in Denmark attended the meeting which aimed to enhance cooperation and coordination among ASEAN Embassies in Copenhagen to promote awareness and identity of ASEAN in Denmark. The meeting also discussed plan activity programs of the ACC to strengthen the relationship between ASEAN and Denmark in various fields.

Following the meeting, Her Excellency the Ambassador hosted a luncheon to welcome H.E. Mr. Thanh Nghi Luong, Ambassador of Vietnam and his spouse Mrs. Thi Thu Hong Nguyen to Denmark, in the presence of ASEAN Ambassadors and spouses as well as meeting participants.
