On 3 June 2025, H.E. Mrs. Suphanvasa Chotikajan Tang, Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark, and Mr. Jaya Patrachai, Counsellor, participated in the Annual Agriculture and Food Inspired Excursion organized by the Danish Agriculture and Food Council (DAFC) with about 50 participants comprising of Ambassadors and representatives of diplomatic missions in Denmark.
The participants began the morning with a visit to Brunbjerggaard of Arla Foods in Gilleleje, a dairy farm raising approximately 180 Red Dane dairy cows, which complies with the Green Tripartite Agreement and focuses on sustainable dairy farming, smart farming and conservation agriculture. The Red Dane dairy cows were the same breed given to Thailand in 1962 and marked the establishment of Thai-Danish Dairy Farm.
The group then paid a visit to Øllingegaard Farm, producer of organic dairy products for the brand Naturmælk, and learned about the production of high-quality organic dairy products in accordance with Danish and EU standards.
The trip ended with a visit to Einar Willumsen, a company which manufactures high-quality flavouring solutions in the food and beverage industry. Founded in Copenhagen in 1901, the company focuses on the production and research of innovative flavoring which is beneficial to increase the efficiency of natural resource use, environmental conservation, as well as help reduce the gap from social differences and better meet the needs of consumers.
