On 14 November 2023, the Royal Thai Embassy in Copenhagen organized the sixth session of Thai cooking class for members of the Ambassadors’ Spouse Group (ASG) in Denmark at the Thai Residence. The class received close attention by 13 participants from Japan, Argentina, Pakistan, USA, Romania, Philippines, Egypt, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Germany, Georgia, Poland and Czech Republic.
Ms. Supranee Sathes, Ambassador’s chef, demonstrated to the participants how to cook “Gang Massaman Gai” (Chicken in Massaman Curry). After the demonstration, the participants were divided into 3 groups to compete in making “Gang Massaman Gai”. After the contest, Mr. Theerakun Niyom, the Ambassador’s spouse, hosted a luncheon for members of the ASG along with awarding prizes to the competition’s winners and presenting Massaman curry pastes as well as cooking recipes to all the attendees as tokens.
