On 15 February 2022, H.E. Mrs. Sirilak Niyom, Ambassador of Thailand to Lithuania with residence in Denmark, met with Mr. Audrius Bruzga, Director of Department of Latin America, Africa, Asia and the Pacific, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania. During the meeting, Her Excellency the Ambassador congratulated on the occasion of the Day of the Restoration of the State of Lithuania and conveyed the Royal Message from His Majesty the King of Thailand as well as messages from the Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister/Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand to the Lithuanian side. Both sides are of the view that the two countries have potential to increase the volume of trade and investment particularly in the field of Life Sciences, ICT, cybersecurity and E-commerce as well as to organise the 4th Political Consultation between Thailand and Lithuania which Thailand will host this year in Bangkok.
