On 23 January 2019, H.E. Mr. Vichit Chitvimarn, Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Henning Thiesen, Director General of Danish Emergency Management Agency (DEMA), at DEMA’s headquarters in Birkerød. During the call, both sides held a fruitful discussion regarding DEMA’s organizational structure, missions and responsibilities to deal with crisis and emergency situations both within and outside Denmark as well as information on Thai nationals and the cooperation rendered by the Danish authorities in providing to provide necessary assistances to the Thais in case of emergency situations in Denmark.
