On Saturday 15 October 2022, Her Excellency Mrs. Sirilak Niyom, Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark, presided over the Offering Ceremony for the Royal Kathina Robes at Watpa Copenhagen. The ceremony was headed by Jao Khun Dhamavisuttajarn, Assistant Abbot of Wat Bowonniwet Vihara, and the Royal Kathina Robes was donned by Phra Khru Phinetsasanakhun, Abbot of Watpa Copenhagen. Officials of the Royal Thai Embassy, their spouses as well as the Thai community in Denmark also attended the ceremony. In this occasion, the Ambassador gave a speech and met with members of the Thai Community. Additionally, the Embassy also took the opportunity to provide consular services to the Thai community and information on visa matters to foreigners who were presented at the temple.
