On October 30, 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Copenhagen and Wat Pa Copenhagen organized the 7th-day merit-making ceremony dedicated to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother at Wat Pa Copenhagen, to express deepest condolences and commemorate Her Majesty’s immeasurable royal grace. Phravithetvajirakitti, Abbot of Watpa Copenhagen, presided over the monastic ceremony, and Mrs. Suphanvasa Chotikajan Tang, Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark, presided as the lay chairperson. Officials from the Royal Thai Embassy and Team Thailand office, staff, and their families, as well as the Thai community in Denmark, attended the ceremony.

After the ceremony concluded, the Ambassador, together with the officials, staff and their families gave alms and food to the monks, as well as organized an alms house to provide food for those who attended the ceremony in dedication to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother.
