On 25 May 2023, H.E. Mrs. Sirilak Niyom, Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark, welcomed at the Royal Thai Embassy a delegation of 37 chief executive officers from various Thai agencies who participated in the E-Government Programme organized by the Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization) in Denmark during 25-26 May 2023.
On this occasion, Her Excellency the Ambassador, together with Mr. Puwit Wisartsakul, Deputy Head of Mission, and Mr. Jaya Patrachai, Counsellor, gave a briefing on relations between Thailand and Denmark, overview about Denmark, comprehensive digital strategy and visions of Denmark, as well as examples of digital public services which have made Denmark a leader in E-government. The delegation also went on a study trip to the Agency for Governmental IT Services, Danish Business Authority, The Digital Hub and Agency for Digital Government from which the delegation can learn and apply as guidelines for the development of digital technology in Thailand as well as further promoting cooperation with Denmark in the digital field.
