On 25th August 2024, Mr. Teerakarn Savetsila, Consul of the Royal Thai Embassy, presented the “Volunteer Consul Award 2024” certificate to Ms. Sirirat Srivuttiphong Andersen, President of Moradok Thai - Aarhus, for her dedication to the consular work of the Embassy. These works included an ongoing collaboration with the Embassy to provide assistances to Thai nationals in need, providing logistical support for the mobile consular service in Aarhus, the provision of information related to consular matters for the Thai community, and the promotion of Thai culture in Denmark by supporting the Embassy in organizing Thai festivals and other cultural events. In this occasion, the Consul provided an annual donation to Moradok Thai – Aarhus to support the activities of the group and to utilize for the benefit of the Thai community.

“Volunteer Consul Award 2024" is an award initiated by the Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand to give recognition to a Thai or foreign national for their contribution to the consular work of Thai Embassies and Consulates.
