On the auspicious occasion of His Majesty King Frederik the 10th’s succession to the throne, the Royal Thai Embassy in Copenhagen and the whole Thai Community in Denmark wish to respectfully extend our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Their Majesties the King and the Queen of Denmark for continued good health and happiness as well as for the well-being and prosperity of the Kingdom of Denmark and her people.
Thailand always highly attaches the importance to the close friendship with Denmark, which dated back to the first contact in 1621. Last year marked the 165th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Thailand and the Kingdom of Denmark. With this long and close connectivity, the close ties of friendship will continue to grow under His Majesty’s reign for the mutual benefits of both countries and peoples.
