On 25 March 2022, Phra Dharma Bajrayanamuni (Ajahn Jayasaro) gave a Dhamma Talk at Watpa Copenhagen, Denmark, and was welcomed by Phra Khru Phinetsasanakhun, the Abbot of Watpa Copenhagen. The audience of more than 80 Thais and foreigners was welcomed by H.E. Mrs. Sirilak Niyom, Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark, and that she was pleased to see a large number of the Thai community attending this Dhamma Talk which reflected great interest in the practice of the Buddha's timeless teachings. The Talk was broadcasted LIVE on the Embassy’s Facebook and also recorded for viewing on YouTube.

This Dhamma Talk is part of the Royal Thai Embassy in Copenhagen’s project to invite Ajahn Jayasaro to promote Buddhist teachings in Denmark for Thais and foreigners who are interested in learning Dhamma from a renowned and highly respected monk both in Thailand and abroad. It is also an opportunity for the Thai community to participate in Buddhist activities which will help strengthen the community itself as well as to promote Thailand’s identity, culture and tradition in Denmark.

This project is part of the joint activities in which the Royal Thai Embassy in Copenhagen, together with the Royal Thai Embassy in Stockholm and the Royal Thai Embassy in Oslo, have invited Ajahn Jayasaro to give Dhamma Talks in Denmark, Sweden and Norway respectively on the occasion of his visit to Europe during 24 March - 6 April 2022.
