On 4 – 5 April 2017 Miss Pratana Disyatat, Charge d’ Affaires a.i. , welcomed H.E. General Dr. Thanasak Patimapragorn, Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand, Mrs. Kobkarn Wattanavrangkul, Minister of Tourism and Sports of Thailand, and the delegation from Sports Authority of Thailand who traveled to Aarhus to participate in the SportAccord Convention 2017. The Convention in Aarhus confirmed that Bangkok will be the host city for the SportAccord Convention 2018. Thailand will do our best to provide a wonderful experience for delegates who will also be able to experience the culture and warm hospitality of the Thai people. SportAccord Convention is one of the most exclusive annual events in term of sport. It is focused on driving positive change internationally and dedicated to engaging and connecting committees, cities, businesses, media and other organizations involved in the development of sport.
