The Royal Thai Embassy in Copenhagen, in collaboration with, the Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labour of Thailand, organized an activity “National Skills Standard Test in Thai Cooking” on 20-22 May 2017 at Wat Thai Denmark Brahmavihara Buddhist Monastery. The activity comprised of lecture on the basics of Thai cuisine, cooking demonstration of various popular Thai dishes and skill tests. The project was well received with satisfactory achievement of participants passed the required tests and were awarded with the Level-1 National Skills Standard Certificate for Thai Cooking Profession.
