The Royal Thai Embassy in Copenhagen organized the Thai Cooking Demonstration at the Thai Residence. Mrs. Sangwan Horawet, chef of the Thai Residence, demonstrated the Thai dishes, namely Kaeng Phed Ped Yang (Roasted Duck in Red Curry) and Pla Rad Prik (Salmon with Chili Sauce) to approximately 70 participants from the Danish-Thai Association. After the demonstration, the participants enjoyed the Thai dishes together.
