On 29 January 2014, the Ambassador visited University of Vilnius in Lithuania and met Prof. Valdas Jaskunas, Deputy Director of the Centre of Oriental Studies, Vilnius University to discuss ways to strengthen education cooperation between Thailand and Lithuania. On this occasion, the Ambassador also donated books about Thailand to the University. The University’s library currently has collection of Thai books because the Embassy has been making book donations under Thai Corner Project.
