On 25  May 2013, the Royal Thai Embassy provided a consular mobile service in the city of Frederikshavn  as part of   the  Thai Festival organised by Tawan-Daeng Thai group. On this occasion, Ms. Morakot Janemathukorn, Deputy Chief of Mission opened the joyful event  by welcoming the Thai community and congratulated them for continuous efforts to show case tradition and culture of Thailand. The Thai community has always been praised by local authorities as being well integrated and law – abiding community..The Festival was full of color and fun activities, highlighted by a parade of long drum (Klong Yao) by Thais and their Danish friends in Thai traditional costume along the pedestrian commercial zone as well as musical performances with traditional instruments on stage. About  150 people had joined the event.
