BANGKOK, June 17 (Bernama) — The one-on-one meetings of business operators, held as parts of Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra’s overseas trips from 2012 to April 2013, had attracted 22 foreign investment projects, worth about 100 billion baht (US$3.26 billion) to Thailand, Thai News Agency (TNA) reported.

Thai Industry Minister, Prasert Boonchaisuk, told reporters of the development on 17 June 2013, saying that the new foreign investment projects were in various industries, including automobile and parts, plate, electronic and renewable energy sectors.
