Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) ranked first place in the “Best Airline Staff in Asia” category and first place in the “Best Economy Class Airline Catering” category of Skytrax World Travel Awards 2014. The national airline also received third place recognition in the category of “Best Airport Services (Ground Service)”. The Skytrax’s World Airline survey was conducted online from August 2013 to May 2014, whereby more than 18.85 million people were surveyed.
