Thailand through the Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA) is eyeing to become a geo-informatics and space technology development centre in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

To achieve that goal, GISTDA has invited business operators and relevant agencies to exchange information and experiences on how to further develop national economic growth and to boost the country’s competitiveness based on the use of science, technologies and innovations.

GISDA has provided both the private and public sectors with high resolution satellite images and Geo-informatics services, with relevant data and resources also available at the Space Krenovation Park in Chonburi province in the Eastern part of Thailand.
