NTERMACH, ASEAN’s leading industrial machinery and subcontracting exhibition, announces they will host the Southeast Asia debut of Fiber Lasers through three exhibitors during the fair’s co-located exhibition Sheet Metal Asia 2013 taking place May 16-18, at BITEC, Bangkok, Thailand.

Since the advancement of fiberoptic and optoelectronic technologies, the machinery industry has benefited within the last decade from the creation of technologies such as the Fiber Laser. Originally intended for communication and transport applications, the reliability, compactness, cost and quality of advantages of Fiber Lasers have made them highly adopted in industries ranging from materials processing to medicine throughout North America, Europe and China over the traditional Solid State Lasers.
