The Royal Thai Embassy in Copenhagen would like to congratulate Mr. Sarawut Manngan, participant from Thailand in the category of World Latte Art Championship 2024 who made it the final round and finished the 5th place in the World of Coffee 2024 competition on 29 June 2024.
 
The World of Coffee 2024 took place from 27-29 June 2024 at the Bella Center in Copenhagen. At the event, there were activities to promote Thai coffee from the comprehensive Thai specialty coffee industry development project “Q Project Thailand” in collaboration with the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI), a non-profit international coffee organization. There were also booths of Thai entrepreneurs in the event such as Dheva Coffee and Squeaky.

In this occasion, H.E. Mrs. Sirilak Niyom, Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark visited the Thai coffee booths and participated in the Thai specialty coffee tasting activity (Cupping Session), with top 49 samples of Thai arabica and robusta coffee from Q Project Thailand, all achieving scores above 84. The Ambassador gave a welcoming remark to the participants about the quality of Thai specialty coffee which reflects the advanced cultivation practices, the passionate pursuit of quality that Thai coffee producers dedicate to every bean, as well as Thailand's commitment to excellence, innovation and sustainability in producing specialty coffee with an aim to make its mark on the global scene.
