On Sunday 20 February 2022, H.E. Mrs. Sirilak Niyom, Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark, together with the officials of the Royal Thai Embassy, attended Makha Bucha Day ceremony at Watpa Copenhagen. Buddhist activities in the ceremony included praying, making merit, giving alms to the monks, walking and chanting around the temple with candles and listening the Dhamma teaching by Phra Khru Phinetsasanakhun, the Abbot. On this occasion, the Embassy also provided 40 sets of COVID-19 Antigen Test Kit (ATK) for Watpa Copenhagen’s further use.
