The Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, announced that foreign investment in Thailand has reached USD 4 billion during the first nine months of 2024. Japanese investors lead with 25% of the total, followed by Singapore at 15%, China at 14%, the United States at 13%, and Hong Kong at 7%. The Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) attracted 33% of this investment, showcasing confidence in Thailand’s strong economy, solid infrastructure, abundant raw materials, and well-prepared industries, all of which result in investors being confident in Thailand's potential.
