On 15 July 2021, H.E. Mrs. Sirilak Niyom, Ambassador-designate of Thailand to Denmark, and Ambassador Theerakun Niyom, her spouse, hosted dinner in honour of H.E. Mr. Jon Thorgaard, Ambassador of Denmark to Thailand, and Mrs. Camilla Thorgaard, his spouse, who were going to return to Thailand after their summer holiday in Denmark. Both sides discussed ways to work together to further enhance the historical bilateral relations and activities to celebrate the 400^th Anniversary of the first contact between Thailand and Denmark in 2021.
