On 15 July 2021, H.E. Mrs. Sirilak Niyom, Ambassador-designate of Thailand to Denmark, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Thomas Lehmann, Head of Asia, Latin America and Oceania Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, on the occasion of her assumption of duty. Both sides discussed ways to further strengthen the long-standing relations between Thailand and Denmark, as the two countries celebrate the 400th Anniversary of the first contact in 2021 such as the 5th Political Consultation and Thai – Danish cooperation to promote Thailand’s Bio-Circular-Economy (BCG) model.
