On Sunday 5 September 2021, H.E. Mrs. Sirilak Niyom, Ambassador-designate of Thailand to Denmark, together with the officials of the Royal Thai Embassy, went to Wat Thai Terndrup in Terndrup, which is located 400 km. away from Copenhagen, to pay respect to Phra Samart Thammatharo, the Abbot, and to offer donation and necessities to the temple. In the same occasion, Ambassador Sirilak also presided over the temple's sign opening ceremony, planted a tree and met with Thai communities who came to make merit at the temple.
