On 19 March 2026, Her Excellency Mrs. Suphanavasa Chotikajan Tang, Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark, hosted a working dinner for the delegation from the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI) to discuss co-organizing activities to promote investment from Danish companies in Thailand. The delegation included Mr. Worakan Kosolpisitkul, Director of Investment Promotion Division 3, Mrs. Sawitree Suwannasang, Nordic Director of BOI Stockholm Office, and officers from BOI. The working dinner was also attended by Miss Nitchaporn Varnapruk, Director of the Thai Trade Center in Copenhagen, and diplomats from the Embassy.

In this occasion, the Ambassador exchanged views with the delegation about policies and schemes to promote foreign investment in Thailand, areas of investment in which Thailand prioritizes and Danish companies have expertise, as well as future collaborative activities that provide in-depth information about investment benefits offered to Danish companies.   

The delegation from BOI visited the Nordic region between 15 – 22 March 2026 to meet with companies in Sweden, Denmark and Finland to encourage potential investment in Thailand.
