On 12 December 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Copenhagen and Wat Pa Copenhagen organized the 50th-day merit-making ceremony dedicated to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother at Wat Pa Copenhagen, to express deepest condolences and commemorate Her Majesty’s immeasurable royal grace. Phravithetvajirakitti, Abbot of Watpa Copenhagen, presided over the monastic ceremony, and Mrs. Suphanvasa Chotikajan Tang, Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark, presided as the lay chairperson. Officials from the Royal Thai Embassy and Team Thailand office, staff, and their families, as well as the Thai community in Denmark, attended the ceremony.

After the ceremony concluded, the Ambassador, together with the officials, staff and their families gave alms to the monks in dedication to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother.
